Binti Kenya is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  This privacy policy explains how we use the information we collect about you, your rights and procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.

When you register for our service either as a Supplier or a customer we need to know your name, date of birth, email address, physical address (where delivery of products to a physical location is necessary), phone numbers and how you wish to pay for any product that you may purchase.

Each client on our website will be provided with a personal account and since we appreciate that personal data and information may change from time to time, it will be every client’s responsibility to update his/her personal information and data on the personal account on our website in order to keep it as up to-date as possible.

     7.  Use of information from Binti Kenya website

In as much as we will provide each client with a personal account that enables them to use the features on our website, it will be illegal and it shall not be permissible for any client to  use any confidential data belonging to Binti Kenya.  Any user or/visitors to the website shall not be allowed to transfer/use/copy any information/data/graphics and graphic images or photographs obtained from the website or its social media sites without the express written permission of Binti Kenya.  In the event of breach of the provisions of this clause, severe consequences will follow including but not limited to automatic suspension/cancellation of the personal account and legal redress for the improper/illegal use or transfer of Binti Kenya’s information/data.
